Love

So... It's late and I'm taking a little break from studying. Ever had the feeling your brain is going to explode if you learn one more thing? That is how I feel at the moment and it's not pleasant. I have finals tomorrow (actually today) and I'm kind of nervous. I just hope I can retain everything I've studied and do well.

Patrick is sleeping like a little, cute baby because he has to wake up early to study and take a final. I study a lot better late at night. If I go to bed and wake up early to study I just fall sleep the whole time. I'm what some might call a "night owl" and a grumpy morning person. But luckily this is my last late night of studying for a month! I can hardly wait. Want to know what I'm most looking forward to on this break? Do you like how I'm asking a question to the computer and to the imaginary people out there? Well, I can't wait to READ. A novel, not a textbook. I'm serious, I have had to hold myself back sooo many times from buying books that I have been wanting to read. I know if I buy them I will neglect my schoolwork and fall behind, which is something I don't really want to do. But after 7:00 Monday night, I can read as much as I want. And along with reading I will be cleaning our neglected apartment, buying toilet paper (yes we ran out a couple days ago and have been using tissues. TMI? Probably) and getting everything ready before we leave for Michigan. I am sooo excited. SO. SO. SO. It's going to be a great Christmas.

The reason for this post was to talk about how much I love my Patrick. He is my everything and my best friend. I've sadly had a lot of friends get divorced in the last couple of months and it breaks my heart. I can't imagine going through a divorce and I feel so bad for my friends. Its made me think about Pat and my relationship and made me realize I shouldn't take him for granted and that I need to make sure I'm being a good person and wife to him so that he doesn't have any doubt about our marriage. Cause seriously guys, he is amazing. I love him so much, and I'm definitely the happiest I have ever been. :) (see, the smiley face proves it)

Well, I have a lot more studying to do tonight. Wish me luck on finals!!!

  1. Good luck on your finals! And getting to read later tonight. Yay! Aaron too was up late studying for stinkin' finals...except he will be up every night this week. I miss him a lot during finals week and the week leading up to him. I am so very happy you found Patrick. He really is a great guy. (Like I have to convince you of that). You are the happiest I have seen you and you have blossomed (is that too cheesy?). YOu are an amazing gal and I am happy you have have found an amazing guy to spend your life with and love.
